How L.O.V.E. Can Transform Your Mind, Body, and Spirit
How do I help people heal using energy and bodywork? I L.O.V.E. my clients:
Listen with my hands
Observe with my eyes
Validate what is happening in their bodies through connection
Encourage their body to heal.
My purpose on earth is to teach people how to LOVE themselves to achieve clarity, energy, joy and optimal health! When people are able to live their lives from this authentic, passionate space, others whom they care about will notice the shift and will want to learn how to feel the same way! Because, YES! LOVE HEALS! This means going inside to the soma. Feeling from within.
Yes, Love Heals! This is a bold statement, yet not one I take lightly. L.O.VE. has the ability to heal pain and suffering. L.O.V.E. opens the internal path of communication between your body and brain. L.O.V.E. also creates a network of connection between all the systems in your body for increased synergy which will ultimately provide better oxygen supply, nutrients, and elimination to and within every cell in your body. Therefore L.O.V.E. creates an optimal environment for abundant health.
Somatic therapy incorporates three core elements—breath, movement, and meditation—that profoundly influence a person’s well-being, fostering a space for L.O.V.E. to flourish.
Through intentional use of breath, movement, and meditation, we can access and positively impact our emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual layers, gently releasing stored experiences, traumas, and cellular memories that may have held us in past states we couldn’t fully process at the time.
Occasionally, these somatic imprints emerge unexpectedly, potentially leading to re-traumatization. Yet, by cultivating an environment of safety and trust, these core elements of somatic therapy help integrate body memories, allowing for complete resolution and healing across all levels of our being.
